Divya Dwivedi has a demonstrated history of Social Entrepreneurship. Her interest in working for the greater good is what prompted her to be a Social & Spiritual Engineer by working towards legal, health and general awareness for a little over thirteen years with the establishment of JND Charitable Trust in Kushi Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The Trust now has a pan-India presence.
She has been an ardent learner and a passionate educator, so she started teaching soon after completing higher secondary.
At present, she is a practising advocate at the Supreme Court of India. A result-driven Engineer and MBA turned Lawyer with experience in ensuring the legality of commercial transactions inthe Corporate world involving fields like AI, IoT, Data Privacy, IPR (Patent Drafting, Patents, Trademark Filing, Copyright Maintenance, IP Portfolio Management), Company Law, Technology Laws, Cyber Laws, Cyber Forensics, Environmental Compliances, Gender Justice, Legal due diligence, Constitutional aspect of Commercial Laws from business, legal and entrepreneurial perspective.
Divya is an innovative lawyer experienced in developing case strategies and writing persuasive briefs. She is an exceptional negotiator, deeply familiar with litigation and case management, with strong knowledge of laws and their complex language, interpersonal skills, organisational and administrative skills. She possesses active listening and logical reasoning skills.
Her interest in Public Policy and Advisory is visible by her presence as a volunteer in several International Organizations that are working in AI and Law, Gender Equality, Environment and Technology Laws.
The areas that are of interest other than the ones mentioned above involve but are not limited to International Laws, Economic Analysis, Public Policy, Data Privacy, Agri Tech, Arbitration, Psychology and Philosophy.
